Calendar Pro: licenses are needed only for users who customize permissions, sync calendars, or use advanced features. Free users can still view shared calendars.

KeePass Pro, Booking Room Pro, Map Pro, Gantt Chart Pro, Contacts Pro: a license is required for each user interacting with the app. Free users can view a limited number of items (passwords, rooms, contacts, etc.).

You don’t need admin rights to use the app. However, admin approval may be required to install it in your organization, depending on your Teams policies. We’ll guide you through the process if needed.

Our apps are built natively for Microsoft Teams and are designed to work within the Teams environment. There is no standalone or external web version — but you can use them in the Teams desktop app, web version, or mobile app.

All data is hosted on Microsoft Azure servers located in the European Union. We are GDPR-compliant and follow strict encryption and security protocols.
